What real estate ETFs do we use?

The following ETFs are comprised of real estate holdings.

iShares International Developed Real Estate ETF (IFGL)- The investment seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed ex-U.S. Index composed of real estate equities in developed non-U.S. markets. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the stock performance of companies engaged in the ownership and development of real estate markets in developed countries (except for the United States) as defined by FTSE EPRA/NAREIT.

iShares Core U.S. REIT ETF (USRT)-The investment seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE NAREIT Equity REITs Index composed of U.S. real estate equities. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. The index measures the performance of U.S. listed equity real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), excluding infrastructure REITs, mortgage REITs, and timber REITs.
